Winter Jacket – Upcycled Long Coat by Gallanegra

Bold, graphic, and unapologetically playful — Winter is a one-of-one upcycled long coat designed to break the monotony of cold-season fashion.

Made from reused winter jackets and insulated materials, this piece reconstructs the classic puffer silhouette into a sculptural, futuristic garment with sharp paneling and high-contrast patchwork. Every section was deconstructed and rebuilt to create a dramatic long A-line shape full of movement and attitude.

Because winter clothing is often extremely boring, this small two-piece collection (Winter + Autumn) was created with one mission:

to make winter more fun.

More expressive, more artistic, and more alive — even under grey skies.
